SNAP Information:
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides food assistance benefits. Some general guidelines:
- If your are under 22 and living with a parent you must apply under your parents benefits.
- If you are living on your own (or with roommates) you are eligible to apply for benefits under your own account.
- If your are a student attending higher education and receiving financial aid – the educational income information can be found on page 226 of the Oregon Programs Eligibility Manual.
- If you are 49 different student eligibility requirements apply, information can be found on page 155 of the Oregon Programs Eligibility Manual.
